Background

Aiayu partnered with Clarify in search of a growth partner who could help scale their performance marketing efforts—sustainably.

Aiayu, a brand deeply rooted in conscious and responsible fashion, had experienced a slowdown in ecommerce growth. Their goal was clear: accelerate performance marketing without compromising brand integrity or profitability.

At the time, Aiayu was operating on Magento 2.0. With limited in-house developer resources, even minor changes required external help—resulting in high costs and slow execution. Aiayu needed an ecommerce platform that would empower their internal team to move quickly and independently.

Solution

Clarify began by conducting a comprehensive performance marketing review. This deep dive uncovered significant opportunities across all channels. From there, a full restructuring plan was put in motion—covering product data, campaigns, and content.

Tracking and performance analytics were migrated to Reaktion, enabling real-time profit optimization and smarter customer acquisition strategies.

To address the technical limitations of Magento, Clarify launched a brand-new Shopify Plus store, fully integrated with Aiayu’s ERP system. This shift gave Aiayu’s in-house team the tools they needed to execute changes, run tests, and scale operations with agility.

Results

The impact was immediate and long lasting. In Q1 2025, Aiayu saw a 52% increase in sales and a 123% increase in net profit compared to Q1 2024.
