In order to create a design that matched the brands present and future, we conducted a design workshop, where we, based on talks, examples and tests, gathered knowledge, which led to the final design after an iterative process.
To increase focus on the German market, we created a German shop, which made it possible to fully localize to the market needs.
Based on thorough calculation, Lollys Laundry upgraded to Shopify Plus, opening up for new functionality and better payment terms, which meant that money was saved each month.
To increase the average order value (AOV), we removed the cart drawer and introduced a powerstep, where traditional cart overview is removed, which makes up space for cross-selling. To still provide overview and localized USPs, we introduced the cart page, making it easier to push visitors towards checkout and not back to the shop.
